- WeOffer provides an online platform through which you can browse different types of voucher/ticket/coupon for many various travelling places, restaurants, Airport transfer or transportation, and lodging with good price, convenience, easy and fast process of booking confirmation and payment.
- This Website may contain links to affiliates’s websites or services (“Operator Websites”) that are not owned or controlled by WeOffer, or the Services may be accessible by logging in through a Affiliate’s Website.
- WeOffer has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices of or opinions expressed in any Websites. In addition, we will not and cannot monitor, verify, censor or edit the content of any Websites. By using the Services, you expressly relieve and hold WeOffer harmless from any and all liabilities arising from your use of any Websites.
- After booking confirmation though WeOffer’s website, due to the affiliates’ right and obligation, the affiliates would make consideration to accept or cancel your booking.
- You would receive confirmation document authorized by affiliates or operators and it means that you agreed all rights and obligations in term of services provided by the affiliates.
Use of services
- access, monitor or copy any content or information of the Site using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express prior written permission.
- violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on the Site or bypass or circumvent other measuresemployed to prevent or limit access to the Site.
- deliver, or provide links to, any postings containing material that could be considered harmful, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, violent, abusive, profane, racist, discriminating, insulting, threatening, tortuous, harassing, hateful or otherwise objectionable.
- deliver any posting that infringes or violates any intellectual property or other right of any entity or person, including, without limitation, copyrights, patents, trademarks, laws governing trade secrets, rights to privacy, or publicity.

- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, any related website, other accounts, computer system, or networks connected to the Site, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
Booking Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
- By making an booking confirmation on our Site, you accept and agree to the relevant booking conditions, including ‘no cancellation’ to that booking is clearly stated on the Site at information pages or under “Booking Conditions”, “Cancellation Policies” or the like, and in the confirmation email and voucher. Please note that there is no Cancellation or Exchange applied in your order. We recommend that you read the information carefully prior to making your booking.
- If you fail to check in to your travelling place on time on the day of your booking, you may not be entitled to a refund. Please carefully check the details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
- If you wish to review, advice or contact us, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein, use our self-service tool or contact Customer Service, or Line ID @WeOffer, or phone call 063-9195669.
- When you select your Payment Currency on the booking page, we will update your total price to show the amount we will process to your payment account by using exchange rate at that time.
- If you choose a Payment Currency that is different from the Display Currency, WeOffer will use the Daily Adjusted Rate to convert the amount. For all other Pay Now transactions, we will use our Indicated Rate to convert currencies.
Use of Vouchers
- After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase that will contain a Voucher confirmation number (“Confirmation Number”) and a printable version of your Voucher.
- In order to use your Voucher, you must appear in person at the meeting point designated by the relevant affiliate on time, and present such documents and/or information as may be required by the affiliate, that may include your Confirmation Number and/or your printed Voucher. If you fail to appear on time or to provide the required documents or information, no refunds will be granted.
- Vouchers are admission tickets to one-time events (‘Events’): the date(s) on which a Voucher can be used will be stated on the Voucher. If you do not use your Vouchers on or by the date(s) noted on such Vouchers, except as expressly set forth therein, no refunds will be granted.
- Affiliate may also require you to provide an identification document bearing your photo in order to use your Voucher.
- Neither WeOffer nor the affiliates is responsible for lost, destroyed or stolen Vouchers or Confirmation Numbers.
- Vouchers will be void if the relevant Services to be provided are prohibited by law. If you attempt to use a Voucher in an unlawful manner (e.g., you attempt to use a Voucher for wine tasting when you are under the legal age to do so), the respective Affiliate may refuse to accept your Voucher, and no refunds will be granted.
Discounts, Points collection & Rewards
- Every purchase 1 USD, you will automatically recieve 1 point credit for collection. Once you collects 100 points, you can get special discount 2 USD for the next purchase. Credits earned anytime in the first calendar year will expire on the last day of the next calendar year.
- Therefore, if you are awarded a Credit on 1 April 2019, that WeOffer Credit will be expired and therefore be deducted from your account on 31 December 2019.
Passport, Visa & Insurance
- It is the responsibility of all passengers, regardless of nationality and destination, to check with the consulate of the country they are visiting for current entry requirement also you should verify health and visa requirements with the appropriate consulate prior to departure. WeOffer highly recommends you to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy prior to departure.
Currency or Exchange rate
- If you choose a Display Currency that is different from the Property Currency, WeOffer will display indicative prices converted using our Indicated Rate. The converted Display Currency price is a preliminary estimate of the price in your Display Currency.
- The converted price in the Display Currency is provided for your convenience, to allow you to compare different rates,packages, and conditions in the currency you prefer to use, because room prices are set by properties in the Property Currency.
