- Opening hours: 9:00am-1:00am (next day), daily
Step 2
- Present the exchange ticket at a Cotai Water Jet ticketing counter to redeem your Cotai Water Jet physical ticket
- Location: Shop 305D, Shun Tak Centre, 200 Connaught Road
- Opening hours: 6:00am-10:30pm, daily
- Please present a valid ID upon redemption
- Exchanged tickets can only be redeemed at Sheung Wan Shun Tak Centre in Hong Kong, it cannot be redeemed in Macau
- For passengers who are unsure of their return schedule, you may redeem your exchange ticket in Hong Kong first and bring it to Macau to redeem your Cotai Water Jet physical ticket once your return trip is booked. You may also opt to redeem your departure and return tickets in Hong Kong
- Ticketing counter personnel has the right to refuse ticket redemption if the customer did not personally claim their booked ticket
- Please redeem your Cotai Water Jet tickets as soon as possible or within 7 days before departure date due to tickets being quickly sold out
- Arrive at least 45 minutes before departure to allot more time for voucher redemption

Package Details:
- Each traveler will need their passport (or HKID for Hong Kong Permanent Residents) in order to leave Hong Kong and enter Macau. For more details, please refer to the official Hong Kong and Macau government websites
- Passengers who are aircrew, holding family tickets or are included in a flight's waiting list will not be accepted
- The operator will not be liable for any losses, rescheduling or flight cancelations caused by violations on the regulations of the Airport Authority of Hong Kong
- In case of repatriation due to the failure to meet the aforementioned requirements, the operator may require passengers to pay back any feed charged by the Hong Kong Airport Authority
Redemption Information:
- Step 1: Please arrive at least an hour before departure at the redemption location at E2 Cotai Water Jet Counter on the 5th floor, Terminal 1, Hong Kong International Airport
- Step 2: Redeem your Cotai Water Jet ticket. Check in and show your luggage receipt to the counter staff. Your luggage will be transferred aboard the vessel. Luggage transfer status can be checked at a kiosk near the counter
- Step 3: Proceed to the gate with your Cotai Water Jet Ticket and arrive at the ferry terminal
- Step 4: Board the vessel
One Way - Macau - HK Airport T1 - Day/Night - Fixed Date&Time
Package Details:
- Each traveler will need their passport (or HKID for Hong Kong Permanent Residents) in order to leave Macau and enter Hong Kong. For more details, please refer to the official Hong Kong and Macau government websites
- For passengers traveling from Macau to Hong Kong International Airport, please note that you cannot enter Hong Kong via this route. Passengers taking this route are only allowed to depart from the airport. Therefore, please make sure that no luggage is left behind outside the airport zone
- For passengers taking this route, you must board the ferry on the same date as your flight departure date. For example, if your flight time on 2 Jan is between midnight to the morning of the next day (e.g. 12:00am-10:15am) then must take the last ferry trip on 1 Jan

Redemption Information:
- Step 1: Present your travel document, voucher, and valid flight ticket at the Cotai Water Jet airport route counter located on the 2nd floor of the Taipa Ferry Terminal
- Step 2: Go through immigration/custom formalities
- Step 3: Board the Cotai Water Jet ferry en route to Hong Kong SkyPier
- Step 4: Do airline and baggage check in at the SkyPier. Check in bagge will be directly transferred to your designated flight
- Step 5: Travel to the Passenger Terminal Building of the Hong Kong International Airport then proceed to your designated boarding gate

- From Hong Kong: 7:00am-11:30pm
- From Macau: 7:00am-1:00am (next day)

How To Use:
- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher in exchange for your ticket
- The voucher is valid only on the date specified
- Cotai requires all guests to show an identity card/passport for verification in order to collect your tickets at the counter
- The ticket can only be collected by the person who purchased it. The staff at the counter will check for valid IDs/passports upon redemption. The staff member has the right to refuse to give the ticket if customer does not personally claim their own ticket

Cancelation Policy:
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
- Trips will be canceled when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No 8. or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued. You will be given the option of booking an alternative date or request for a full refund

- Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal: Take the MTR to Sheung Wan station, exit D
- Kowloon China Ferry Terminal: Take the MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui station, exit C then turn right and follow the signage
- Taipa Ferry Terminal: Take Bus 26, 36, AP1, MT1, MT2, and N2 or take the free shuttle bus from the casino. Locate counter 1-12 on the 2nd floor of the terminal
