- If there is a need to purchase concession tickets, please ask the staff onsite for assistance
- Concession tickets for children aged 4-6, seniors aged 65+, and disability card holder and 1 escort are available for purchase on site. Please present a valid ID upon purchase
- Please note: The concession ticket is only available for Taiwanese passport holders
- Kindly note that participants who reserve slots for the experience in advance may enjoy priority entry. Please check-in at the counter 15 minutes before the starting time and present your voucher to reserve a slot
- Those who do not reserve time slots will be on the waiting list and be arranged for the earliest times depending on the availability
- For safety reasons, please be aware that the activity is not available for children aged 0-3 or with height between 0-100cm tall, pregnant women, and wheelchairs
How To Use:
- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
- You may redeem the voucher on any date within the validity period
- The vouchers can only be used at the same day
- Please go to the check-in counter at the right side of the entrance and ask the staff regarding the reservation for the participation time
- Once you have reserved your time, please arrive at the check-in counter for redemption 15 minutes before your schedule experience time

- Sunday-Wednesday: 11:00am-9:30pm (every 30 minutes, last entry: 8:30pm)
- Thursday-Saturday: 11:00am-10:00pm (every 30 minutes, last entry: 9:00pm)
