NPM Adults Multimedia Guide Rental
- A deposit of a valid identity document (ID card, driver’s license, health insurance card, passport, or alien permanent resident certificate) or TWD 3,000 is required for rental
- Visitors may retrieve the identity document or the cash deposit after returning the device before the museum is closed
- The audio guide device is not allowed to take out
- If the audio guide device is lost or damaged, compensation is required according to the purchase price

- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
- The voucher is only valid during the period specified in the selected package
Redemption Process
- For National Palace Museum: Scan the QR code on your voucher at the entrance and get direct entry
- For Southern Branch of National Palace Museum: You must present your voucher at the ticketing counter
- For Adults' Multimedia Guide Rental: Visitors who rent the device can go to the audio guide counter on the 1st floor. A deposit of a valid identity document or TWD3,000 is required. After the staff member assists in the QR Code verification, one can get the audio guide device (please pick up the device befre entering)

- By Bus: Take bus nos. 105/106/166/168/Yellow 9 from Chiayi THSR Station Exit 2, then get off at Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum
