Additional Information:

How To Use:
- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
- This voucher is valid for 1 month from the date specified
Reservation Information:
- After booking, please call (+65) 6338 6877 or email sales@ducktours.com.sg to reserve and secure a seat for your preferred DUCKtour session and indicate the number of toddlers, if any
- To ensure you get your preferred date and time slot, please reserve early and avoid checking in without reservations
Redemption Information:
- Location: Suntec City Mall, BIG BUS & DUCK Tourist Hub, Unit #01-330
- Upon redemption, the physical ticket will be valid for 5 days (you will have to join a tour within 5 days from date of redemption)
- Please check in for your tour at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time
- Ticket counter is open from 9:00am-6:30pm, daily
