How To Use:

Redemption Process
- Go to the 5th floor and scan the QR code at the observatory entrance waiting area within 30 minutes of your selected time, then take the elevator going up to the observatory
- If you fail to make it within 30 minutes, proceed to the information desk at the 5th floor for assistance from on-site staff
- For QR code scanning on mobile phone or other electronic device, please adjust the brightness of your device to the maximum so that the machine can read the code
- If you wish to enter before your reserved time, you may inquire at the ticket counter and the staff will check if it is possible based on the number of visitors at the location
