Additional Information:
- Adult ticket: Age 12+
- Please note: Skyliner one-way ticket can only be used to ride from Narita Airport to the Ueno area, and you must redeem the ticket at Narita Airport
- Important: When you redeem the Skyliner round-trip ticket, you will be given a one-way ticket from the airport to Tokyo. You will also be given a physical voucher that you need to exchange for your return Skyliner ticket (Tokyo to airport).
- Please note: You cannot choose the departure date in advance. Once you redeem the Skyliner ticket, the ticket is only valid on the redemption date
- The Tokyo Skyliner one way ticket is available only for non-Japanese passport holders. Please bring your valid passport for verification
- The Skyliner and subway are wheelchair/stroller accessible
- There is free WiFi aboard all Skyliner trains. Don't forget to ask for the password at the Keisei counter
- Narita Airport Terminal 3 is not the boarding point. Please transfer to Narita Airport Terminal 1 or 2

How To Use:
- You must present your mobile or printed voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket at any of the Skyliner counters listed below
- The voucher is valid for 180 days from the date that you made the booking
- The Skyliner physical ticket is valid only on the redemption date
- The subway ticket activates upon first use
- Please present your passport at the Skyliner counter
Redemption Locations
- There is no redemption counter at Narita Airport Terminal 3. Please head to Narita Airport Terminal 2 (nearest) or Narita Airport Terminal 1 to redeem physical ticket
- If you plan to travel from the airport to the city center, please remember to redeem the the Tokyo Skyliner Ticket at Narita Airport Terminal 1 Station and Narita Airport Terminal 2 counter
- You only can redeem one way ticket on the counter of Narita Airport
- Only for return ticket: If you plan to travel from the city center to the airport, please remember to redeem the physical return voucher for your Skyliner ticket at Nippori or Ueno Station
- You need to show the same number of passports that you booked for this booking. (E.g. 5 tickets = 5 passports)
