Taiwan Car Rental (TPE Airport Pick Up)

• You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 2 business day. Once confirmed, we will send you the voucher via email
• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email

Additional Information:

• Please indicate your pick up and return date and time at check out page in ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (Order notes)
• Before you return the car, please refill the fuel tank
• Please return the car on time
• In cases of failure to pick up the car or cancelation due to personal reasons or other reasons, you will be charged according to cancelation policy
• If the car breaks or is damaged due to improper operation, please contact the operator immediately. If you drive over 40km after problems occur, you will be charged a day rental fee (the market price rental fee)
• In order to protect your rights, if there are any accidents or theft involving the car, please remain at the scene and call the police. Please avoid reconciling the situation privately, and call the operator to handle the issue; otherwise, you need to take responsibility for any damage
• If the car requires any urgent repairs, it must be taken to the original manufacturer

Overtime Charges and Damages

• Please return the car at the specified time. Delay for 1 hour is subject to 10% of day rental fee, delay for over 6 hours is subject to one day rental fee (the market price rental fee). E.g. If your pick up time is 3:00pm, your return time should be same as your pick up time 3:00pm. Additional charges will apply for late returns
• If you incur any fines during the rental period (such as speeding fines), you are responsible for paying any tickets yourself
• If you want to extend the rental hours, please contact the operator 24 hours prior to the estimated return time. The operator reserves the right whether to extend or not
• If there is any damage to the car, you will be charged according to the original manufacturer's price

Child Safety Seats

• Children aged 6 months to 3 years should sit on child safety seats. For this car rental service, the first child safety seat is free of charge
• An extra fee of TWD100/day will be required for the second safety seat, to be paid directly to the operator on site
• Please note: Please write the number of child safety seats you need at check out page in ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (Order notes). The operator will arrange this for you in advance

Important Notes

• The driver's name should be the same as the renter, driver's valid driving license, or valid international driving permit. The behavior of renting a car for other people is unavailable
• Renters must be at least aged 20+
• The date you select in the calendar is your chosen pick up date, please pick up the car on this date
• For foreigners: The driver must provide an original copy of their passport and valid International Driving Permit. In order to guarantee the legal rights of both the driver and the operator, those who do not have valid International Driving Permit will not be allowed to avail of this car rental service
• Please note: For Hong Kong and Macau driver's license holders, an International Driving Permit is not needed. Only a valid local driver's license is required
• In compliance with the regulation policy of Taiwan, driver hold China, Korea or Thailand license are not be able to rent car services in Taiwan
• The driver or passengers must present a valid credit card to the perator on site upon picking up the vehicle. UnionPay cards or debit cards will not be accepted to substitute for a valid credit card
